1. 1 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not lack.
2. 2 In grassy pastures he makes me lie down; beside still waters he leads me.
3. 3 He restores my soul; he leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4. 4 Even when I walk through the valley of deepest darkness, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me.
5. 5 You set out before me a table in front of my foes; you have anointed my head with oil; my cup is overflowing.
6. 6 Surely goodness and steadfast love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for length of days.
